Tom Sawyer (a musical) $225
Led by Jen Dobbins and Cambria Larson
June 9-19 (M-TH) 1-5pm
for students entering grades 4-7
Summary: The story of Tom Sawyer comes alive in this fun musical written for young actors. Students will learn basic acting and vocal skills and be able to decorate their own props, sets, and costumes.

The Gingerbread Man $150
Led by Abby Fisher
June 23-27 (M-F) 1-5pm
for students entering grades 1-3
Summary: Run, Run as fast as you can! Students will create and present this classic fairytale in a fun-action packed presentation. Students will work on beginning stage skills, while playing with their fundamental art and craft skills.

The Stinky Cheese Man $150
Led by Abby Fisher
July 7-11 (M-F) 1-5pm
for students entering grades 1-3
Summary: The Stinky Cheese Man is trying to find someone, anyone who would desire nothing more than for somebody to enjoy his scent. A classic fairy tale, with a goofy spin that young creative students will enjoy playing and imagining with. Students will work on beginning stage skills, while playing with their fundamental art and craft skills.

Jack & Jill Take the Cake $225
Led by Cambria Larson
July 14-24 (M-TH) 1-5pm
for students entering grades 4-7
Summary: Jack and Jill didn't just fall down a hill, they baked a cake! This fun comedy reframes Jack and Jill as more than just hill climbers. Students will be able to flex their creative muscles on stage and off in a fun, supportive, and collaborative enviornment. Students will learn basic acting skills and be able to decorate their own props, sets, and costumes.

Performance & Audition $150
Led by Jen Dobbins
July 14-18 (M-F) 9am-12pm
for students entering grades 7-12
Summary: Older Students will work on interactive theater games to boost confidence and teamwork. There will be a specific focus on acting, singing, and auditioning to prep students for PCS auditions for the 2025-26 season.
Students learn established acting methods through text, physical and vocal expression, and improvisation. Focus on the process of learning and experimenting onstage.

Wheel Throwing Pottery $375 (includes instruction and supplies)

for students entering grades 10-12
Instructor: Elysa Christensen
Summary: Push your creative vision and technical skills further! Explore combining wheel throwing and hand building, altered forms, and lidded vessels, as well as improving the aesthetic of your forms. Participants will have the opportunity to create wheel thrown low-fire pottery, glaze their work using various techniques, and fire them in an electric kiln. The class includes 25 pounds of clay, glazing materials and firing, as well as open studio access during weeks the class and summer theater is in session. Tools and additional clay are available for purchase. It is recommended that students have completed Intro to Ceramics or High School Art to participate but not required.

Summer Art Club for Teens $125 (includes instruction and supplies)
July 11 and 18 (F) 8:00-11:30am
for students entering grades 7-12
Instructor: Elysa Christensen
Summary: Join the Summer Art Club at Park Christian School, where 7th-12th graders will come together to create a large-scale mural that shines God's light and serves as a testament to our faith and His love for us. This collaborative project will integrate biblical themes, allowing students to express their creativity while deepening their spiritual connection. In addition to the mural, participants will have the opportunity to explore new materials, push their creative limits, and develop their artistic skills in a supportive and faith-centered environment. Come be a part of this inspiring journey and let your art reflect His glory!

Sports Physical
- Athletes in grades 7-12 must have a current sports physical on file in the Activities Office
- Physicals are good for 3 years from the date of your last physical in Minnesota
- Physicals for co-op sports are good for one year and must be completed on or after April 15 to be valid for participation for the following year.
- Once you have your physical completed, please scan it and submit it by email to mendreson@parkchristianschool.org or turn it into the main office at school
